Snider Fleet Solutions in Charleston, SC is seeking a Short-Haul Box Truck Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up tires and wheels using a 26-foot box truck. You will follow routes and schedules, maintain safety, and ensure accurate paperwork.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, are at least 21, and can operate in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Valid Class C Driver's License or state equivalents.
• DOT Medical Certification.
• Forklift certification obtained after employment.
• Commercial TIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26-foot box truck and deliver tires/wheels to customers.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with routes and schedules.
• Load/unload items and obtain signed delivery paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the box truck and equipment.
• Communicate route changes, delays, or issues to management and customers.
• Record casing information using mobile app and provide receipts.
• Assist with scrap-out analysis when needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and follow safety rules.

Education
