Job summary

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels while aiding with inventory to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Proficient in mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.
• Demonstrates safety-conscious approach and attention to detail in a fast-paced shop.
• Able to work well in a team and contribute to shop efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels using balancing machines and tire-changing equipment.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, and organizing merchandise as it arrives.
• Help keep the tire shop running smoothly and safely.
• Adhere to shop safety guidelines and complete paperwork as required.
• Provide great customer service and support to the team.
