Job summary

Take Ten Tire & Service is seeking a hands-on Tire Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy, smooth order movement, and safe, efficient daily processes. You will direct receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping while supporting the team and assisting customers with orders and payments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehouse roles (preferably tire distribution), leadership experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
