Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring a Warehouse Technician at our Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers location in Georgia. You will handle inbound/outbound tire shipments, inventory control, cycle counts, and order fulfillment in a safety‑driven warehouse.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment while following OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No relocation is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound tire shipments of new and retreaded tires to internal and external customers.
• Secure inventory assets and manage inventory control.
• Perform cycle counts, prepare and fulfill orders.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Operate forklift and related equipment to load/unload trucks and move material within the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse area in a neat and organized manner.
• Deliver "Service Excellence – Always" to meet the location’s service goals.
• Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damaged shipments.
• Work with Service Manager and Office Manager on proper documentation of merchandise control.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
