You’ll start by joining a daily huddle and then work in your bay with teammates, handling tire installation, rotation, balancing, and customer interactions to get drivers back on the road confidently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong customer-service orientation and safety‑minded approach.
• Prefer a driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Delighting customers: provide a safe, inviting and efficient service experience.
• Growing: hands-on training and development on the job.
