Job summary

Mavis Tire in the Catonsville, MD area is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join the NTB/Mavis family at our state-of-the-art centers. The starting base pay is negotiable and paid training is provided to help you learn our proven processes quickly.

Eligible technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, on top of the base rate. You’ll perform tire services, rotations, balancing and repairs in a fast-paced, safety‑minded

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week.
• Willingness to learn proven processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service and meet customer delivery times.
