Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our Royal Palm Beach, FL centers. Starting base pay is negotiable, with guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during introductory period, plus training and advancement opportunities.

No experience is required; learn through paid training and join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Maintain vehicle safety and service quality while providing customer-focused support.
• Participate in paid training and follow proven processes; contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
