Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Douglas, GA area is seeking motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team. This role offers paid training and a negotiable base pay with a guaranteed weekly bonus via an introductory program, up to $800.

Technicians install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and ensure customer vehicles are serviced safely. You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to work 5 days per week. No prior experience needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class service with weekly bonus payments on top of base pay.
