Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for our Dallas, TX centers. Start with paid training and a negotiable base pay, plus guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period. No previous experience is required; we’ll teach you our industry-leading tire service processes.

As part of the Mavis Tire team, you’ll install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and ensure safety and quality for customers’ vehicles in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art service environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to learn our proven tire service processes.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail/garage environment.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels; perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Deliver safe, high-quality tire services to customers in a timely manner.
