Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for its Mount Pleasant, PA centers as part of the Mavis Tire family. The role offers paid training, a base hourly rate, and guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period up to $800.

You’ll install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and help keep customers’ vehicles safe and road-ready. You must be at least 18, legally able to work in the United States, and able to work five days a week.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training is provided.
• Competitive base pay plus weekly bonuses.
• Eligibility for guaranteed weekly bonus payments during intro period.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
