Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is hiring for Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales). You will install, rotate, inspect, and service tires and wheels, assist customers, and uphold company policies.

The role emphasizes safety, strong customer service, and the Best Tire Value Promise. On-the-job training is provided; candidates must have a valid driver's license and physical ability to lift 35-75 pounds; compensation ranges by location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
