Job summary

American Tire Depot in California is seeking a Tire Technician to join our fast-paced service team. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform basic automotive tasks with accuracy and safety.

This role rewards a strong work ethic and reliability, with opportunities for advancement into light mechanical services and a path toward service advisor or management positions. Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
