Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

You will perform tire repairs, rotations, inflation, TPMS work, wheel balancing, tire washing, and battery testing. Some offsite road service support is required, with emphasis on quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding TPMS and calibrating as needed.
• Washing tires and wheels and testing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment; offsite/road service.
