Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service team member in Oregon to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs and rotations, and support customers with expert service.

You will handle TPMS calibration, battery testing, and occasionally drive service vehicles for offsite work. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-first service in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills for a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test batteries and related equipment.
• Use and maintain service equipment.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
