Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Provo, Utah is seeking a Sales & Service specialist responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering outstanding customer service according to company policies.

You will install and repair tires, rotate and balance, calibrate TPMS, test drive vehicles, and support teammates in a fast-paced store environment. The role offers on-site work with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
