Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and customer service excellence. The role involves installing and servicing tires and wheels, testing, and assisting customers to uphold the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; service TPMS as needed.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
