Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician in Minnesota to keep customers safe on the road. You will join a people-first team that values service and a promote-from-within culture, with weekly pay and paid training.

You will install, rotate, balance, and repair tires, assist customers, and learn on the job in a floor-based role. Physical stamina and a positive attitude are important; on-the-job growth is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, repair and clean tires and wheels.
• Provide inviting, easy and safe customer experience.
• Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
