Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service, follow company policies, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation, tire repair, wheel balancing, TPMS calibration, and occasional offsite road service. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35–75 pounds required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
• Physical stamina: frequent lifting 35–75 pounds and repetitive bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn TPMS calibration.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and assist offsite/road service.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
