Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS relearning, and related servicing while upholding store policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and a fast-paced environment requiring physical effort with lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent bending and standing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including balancing and TPMS relearning.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Repair, rotate, inflate tires; wash tires and wheels.
• Assist other team members and follow company policies.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits:
