Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Waterbury, CT is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. You will receive hands-on training, learn automotive skills, and earn additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

No prior automotive experience needed. We offer paid training, a guaranteed hourly rate, and weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• No prior automotive experience required.
• Paid training provided to all hires.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat tire repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help meet promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
