You’ll earn an hourly base rate plus guaranteed weekly bonus payments, with bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period. This is a fast-paced, safety‑minded work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Competitively base pay with weekly bonus incentives.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels; perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide safe, reliable automotive tire services to customers.
• Support shop operations and follow company processes and safety rules.
