Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for centers in the Dracut, MA area. No experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Eligible technicians can earn weekly incentive payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period, in addition to hourly wages. Join the nation’s largest automotive service organization with a history of growth, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No automotive experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and related tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
