Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our Farmington Hills, MI centers. You will learn hands-on tire services with paid training and participate in a weekly incentive program that may add up to $800 during the introductory period.

No prior automotive experience is required. We value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork as you help us install, rotate, balance tires, and deliver high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
