Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for our Portage, MI centers. No experience is required; we provide paid training and a guaranteed hourly rate with weekly incentive opportunities.

Earn bonus payments during the introductory period up to $800 while building a long‑term career in a nationwide service organization. As part of Team Mavis, you will install tires, rotate and balance wheels, perform repairs, and help meet customer delivery times in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels.

• Follow established safety and service procedures.
