Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Rockville, MD area service and tire sales centers. This full-time role offers a negotiable base wage with guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, up to $800, plus paid training and career growth opportunities.

No experience is required; we train you and offer weekly incentive programs as you contribute to servicing and safety for our customers’ vehicles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days each week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels; perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and safe automotive care.
• Learn and follow proven processes through paid training.
