Job summary

Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the New Kensington, PA area. The starting base pay is negotiable with guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during the introductory period.

Paid training is provided to teach you our proven processes and bonus structure while you learn. No experience is required, and you'll join a state-of-the-art service and retail tire center with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days each week.
• Willing to learn through paid training and follow established processes.
• Motivated by incentive compensation and weekly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Install and service tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide tire services to keep customer vehicles safe and road-ready.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while following Mavis processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely service and excellent customer experience.
