Mavis, a leading tire and automotive service company, is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The role offers paid training, a base hourly rate negotiable, and guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during the introductory period.

You will install tires, perform rotations and balance services, and contribute to safe vehicle operation while earning incentives on top of your regular pay.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Contribute to high-quality service while following Mavis processes.
