Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team in the Mundelein, IL area. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided as you learn our industry-leading processes.

With a guaranteed hourly rate plus weekly bonus payments, this role offers growth in a fast-paced environment at one of the country’s largest tire retailers. Competitive base compensation is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days each week.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate and balance tires; perform tire-related services to keep customer vehicles safe.
• Support customers with service and product recommendations.
• Follow established processes and training to meet performance goals and quality standards.
