Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team at our Hanover, PA area centers. No experience is required and paid training is provided. You will learn our processes and participate in weekly bonus programs on top of base pay.

Starting pay is negotiable with continued opportunities for training and growth within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Weekly bonuses through the incentive program can total up to $800 during introductory periods.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide service while following established processes and safety standards.
