Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our service centers in the Edison, NJ area. No experience is required, and you'll receive PAID TRAINING to learn tire installation, rotation, balancing, and related tire services.

You’ll earn an hourly rate plus guaranteed weekly bonuses, with incentives totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. This is a strong entry point to a long-term career with the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
