Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for full-time roles at centers in the Mentor, OH area. No experience is required, as paid training is provided.

Eligible technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, up to $800, in addition to base pay. Starting base pay is negotiable, with opportunities to learn tire installation, rotations, balancing and flat repairs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn is required; paid training provided.
• Teamwork and reliability are valued in a fast-paced service environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States; 18+ and able to work 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance and service tires to keep vehicles safe.
• Support customers with service needs and ensure timely delivery of promised work.
• Participate in training programs to learn company processes and safety standards.
