NTB and Mavis Tire are hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our state-of-the-art centers in the Charlotte, NC area. As a Tire Technician, you will install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs while earning a base hourly rate plus weekly bonus payments up to $800 during the introductory period.

No experience is required—we provide paid training and a clear path for growth in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Paid training provided.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Work at our state-of-the-art centers in the Charlotte, NC area.
• Earn a base hourly rate plus guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during introductory period.
