Mavis Tires & Brakes in Westbury, NY is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team. The starting base rate is negotiable, with guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, up to $800.

No experience is needed—we provide paid training and a fast-paced, safety‑conscious work environment. You’ll contribute to tire installations, rotations and balancing while delivering reliable service to our customers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Provide safe, high-quality automotive service and customer care.
• Assist in maintaining a fast-paced, organized work environment.
