Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Middle River, MD area is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. You'll receive hands-on training and learn valuable automotive skills while earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

No experience is required. In addition to an hourly rate, eligible technicians can earn weekly bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period, with opportunities for career growth across the nation's largest automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
