Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team in the Ewing Township, NJ area. We offer guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 and paid training; base compensation is negotiable.

You will install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs, and you must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. This entry-level role provides training and room for growth in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and work five days per week.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Maintain safe, high-quality service while following established processes.
• Learn and apply company procedures through paid training.
