Job summary

Mavis Tire, part of the NTB and Mavis family, is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Lanham, MD area. No experience is required; we provide paid training and support a fast-paced, customer-focused service and tire sales center.

You’ll earn a guaranteed base pay with weekly bonus payments up to $800 during the introductory period. Starting pay is negotiable, and benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid vacations and holidays, and on-the-job

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels; perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class service and meet delivery times.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and reliability.
