Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Clermont, FL center. No automotive experience is required, and we provide comprehensive paid training to get you started.

You can earn guaranteed hourly pay plus weekly incentive bonuses during the introductory period, totaling up to $800, along with medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement within the nation's largest automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
