Mavis Tire, part of the NTB & Mavis Family, is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Edwardsville, IL service and retail centers. The starting base rate is negotiable, and we provide paid training to get you up to speed quickly.

Eligible technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, with total bonuses up to $800, plus the base hourly pay for every hour worked.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
