Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in Beachwood, OH. Join our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center and help keep customers’ vehicles safe and reliable.

No experience is required—we provide paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus program, with earnings potential on top of a negotiable base rate. You’ll install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and work with a team that values reliability, punctuality and quality service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• No experience is required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow proven processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Maintain safe, high-quality service for customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet delivery times and provide excellent service.
