Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the St Augustine area is seeking motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our state-of-the-art centers. The starting base rate is negotiable, plus guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.

No experience is required—paid training is provided. You will install tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs, and help keep customers’ vehicles safe.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, and flat repairs) to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Provide high-quality automotive service while following Mavis processes.
• Support weekly incentive programs with performance-based bonuses.
