Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our Woodbridge, VA centers. We offer paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus program during the introductory period, with potential bonuses up to $800 in addition to base pay.

Starting pay is negotiable, and you will join a fast-paced team at one of the nation’s largest tire retailers and automotive service providers. No experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Contribute to service delivery with quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Follow established processes and safety guidelines while delivering customer service.
