Job summary

Pep Boys and Mavis Tire are hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians at our Dove, DE service centers. No automotive experience is required; we provide paid training and immediate hands-on learning to start your career in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to hourly pay, eligible technicians can earn weekly incentive bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period, with opportunities for growth across our national network of 4,000 locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
