Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our Elmont, NY centers. You’ll receive hands-on training with no prior automotive experience required, plus paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus potential up to $800 during the introductory period.

As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and help meet service promises in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team
