Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our Bethesda, MD area service centers. You’ll install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and perform tire repairs while learning our proven processes through paid training.

Base pay is negotiable with a guaranteed weekly bonus program, totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. You’ll join a fast-paced team committed to safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to work 5 days per week.
• Willing to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide fast, safe service following established processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
