Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in the Gulfport, MS area. The role offers paid training, entry-level eligibility, and a guaranteed weekly bonus program during the introductory period, with potential earnings including base pay and incentives.

No prior experience is required and you will be trained on Mavis processes. Starting pay is negotiable and employees may receive weekly bonus payments on top of the base rate.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to work 5 days each week

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe
• Provide basic tire service and customer care in a fast-paced environment
• Support shop operations and adhere to company processes and safety standards
