Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in Bloomington, IL. You will install, rotate, balance, and repair tires, while keeping safety and quality at the forefront. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and explains tire options and maintenance needs to customers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver's license and a mechanical aptitude. Prior tire or auto repair experience is a plus, and you’ll join a fast-paced team in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior tire services or automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire’s safety and quality standards.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
