Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for full‑time roles in the Scranton, PA area. You’ll receive hands‑on training with no prior automotive experience required and earn additional weekly incentive payments during the introductory period.

In addition to your base hourly rate, you can qualify for guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 and participate in performance‑based incentives across a large national network of service centers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels
• Rotate and balance tires
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services
• Follow established safety and service procedures
• Help meet customer-delivered timelines
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
