Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician to join our team in Phoenix. You will help customers with tire installation, balancing, and maintenance, while ensuring safety and speed in service. This role involves working on the sales floor and bays with teammates, without desk work.

You’ll participate in hands-on training, develop tire knowledge, and grow within a promote-from-within culture. Weekend and weekday shifts are common, with weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

A Day In The Life

You are the backbone of the store’s success. You start with a huddle, get assigned to your bay, and provide customers with exceptional, safe, and timely service. You are on the floor with your teammates, speaking with customers, and getting them back on the road confidently. No desk is required.
