Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Martinez, CA is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and balance tires, rotate and inflate tires, service TPMS, and assist customers while upholding company policies.

This full-time position offers on-the-job training, a competitive wage from $16.50 to $28.00 per hour plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a company retirement plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.

• Test drive vehicles.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
