Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related services.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs; communicate recommended services.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment.
• Assist other technicians and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Tire Technician / Lube Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an automotive shop as either a Tire Technician or Lube Technician
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in both tire and lube services
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk, stand, and lift as needed throughout the workday
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and related tire services
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs while providing excellent customer service
• Safely operate shop equipment and hand tools
• Test drive vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist fellow technicians and other team members as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate recommended services professionally
